This one’s for the new parents out there! 🍼
Join us on Tuesday, November 17th from 10AM to 11:15AM for Baby & Breathe, a class where movement is gentle, bottles are optional, and little human a ounds are expected.
We’ll guide you through a 45-minute class followed by a 30 minute social with light snacks to refuel our bodies. Registration is $20 for one adult caregiver + a baby 0-2 years old.
