She Hive 815 is partnering with D1 Training to bring the hive affordable, personalized fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Self Defense, HIIT, and more!
Come just us for a fun evening for you and your entire family! We will have games, chances to meet and interact with the coaches, open range to explore the gym, AND other special guests such as a chiropractor, massage therapist, marine recruiter, and a representative for the Rockford lightning!
