The Books and The Bees Book Club

We read Fourth Wing last time, and at the end of our meeting, we picked our next book! It is…. When the Moon Hatched by Sarah A Parker!! (Trigger Warnings and Summary for this book will be on the comments)

Our next Meeting will be at Maze Bookstore in Downtown Rockford on September 19th! Exact time is still TBD, but looking around the 6/6:30pm timeframe again. We are trying to decide if there will be a virtual option again. There will be finger foods and non-alcoholic drinks provided! If you would like to volunteer to bring some finger foods or drinks, please let Aly know!

This book is very new, so it is unfortunately not available at the Public Library yet. HOWEVER, it is available on Kindle Unlimited, and we will be trying out “Sponsoring” books for our friends here who may need help accessing the book! If you would like to sponsor a book for someone, please let either Zoe or Aly know.

If you are planning to buy the book from a store or online, we HIGHLY recommend Maze! The owner, Dave, is letting us use his space free of charge, AND has offered a 20% off MSRP discount if we order “bulk”! This will make the book around $18!
