The Aura Booth Policies

Cancellations
- A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your rental date and time. This deposit secures your booking and will be applied toward your total rental balance.
- The remaining balance of your rental is fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled event.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Payments
- A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the event.
- Rentals that are not paid in full by the due date may be subject to cancellation.
Setup and Access
- The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows sufficient time for setup and breakdown.
- The photo booth requires a level indoor or covered outdoor space and access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance (10 ft).
- If venue restrictions or delays reduce rental time, the scheduled end time will remain the same unless additional time is purchased.
- The Aura Booth requires a 10'x10' space minimum.
Venue Requirements
- The client is responsible for obtaining any required venue permissions.
- The booth must be protected from rain, excessive heat, wind, moisture, and other hazardous conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or could damage our equipment.
Damage and Liability
- The client assumes responsibility for the photo booth equipment during the rental period.
- The client is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, theft, or vandalism by guests.
- Repair or replacement costs may be charged for damaged or missing equipment.
Overtime
- Additional rental time may be available upon request, subject to availability.
- Overtime is billed at $50 per hour (or half-hour) and must be paid before service is extended.
Client Conduct
- We reserve the right to suspend or end service without refund if guests are abusive, threatening, excessively intoxicated, or if equipment is being intentionally misused.
Photo Delivery
- Digital galleries and photos will be delivered within 2 business days after the event.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by internet outages or technical issues beyond our control.
Image Use
- Unless otherwise requested in writing, we may use photos from your event for marketing and promotional purposes. Clients may opt out at any time before the event.
Equipment Malfunction
- In the unlikely event of equipment failure, we will make every reasonable effort to repair or replace the equipment. If we are unable to continue service, a partial or full refund will be issued based on the amount of rental time affected.
Booth Attendant
- A professional attendant will be present throughout your rental to set up, operate, and monitor the photo booth, assist guests, and address any technical issues. Guests are expected to treat our attendant with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or end service without refund if our attendant is harassed or if the equipment is misused.
Setup and Takedown
- A minimum of 45 minutes is required for setup prior to your rental start time. This time is extended when a backdrop is included. Setup and takedown are included in your rental fee and do not count toward your rental time. Please ensure the venue provides access to the designated setup area before the scheduled start time.
