Perfect for all-day weddings, corporate events, festivals, and open houses, this package offers the flexibility of extended photo booth access so your guests can capture every special moment from start to finish. With unlimited digital captures and a custom photo overlay, everyone can take home memories they'll love. Includes: - Delivery and pickup - Professional setup and takedown - Up to 12 hours of photo booth rental (available between 8:00 AM and 2:00 AM) - Unlimited digital photos, GIFs, and boomerangs - Digital gallery with all captured memories - Custom digital photo frame The Infinite Aura Package is the perfect choice for events that deserve a photo booth experience that's available whenever your guests are ready to step in and strike a pose.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations - A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your rental date and time. This deposit secures your booking and will be applied toward your total rental balance. - The remaining balance of your rental is fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. - To cancel your reservation, please email us at shehive815@gmail.com. Payment Policy - A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date. - The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the event. - Rentals that are not paid in full by the due date may be subject to cancellation. Setup & Access - The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows sufficient time for setup and breakdown. - The photo booth requires a level indoor or covered outdoor space and access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance (10 ft). - If venue restrictions or delays reduce rental time, the scheduled end time will remain the same unless additional time is purchased. Venue Requirements - The client is responsible for obtaining any required venue permissions. - The booth must be protected from rain, excessive heat, wind, moisture, and other hazardous conditions. - We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or could damage our equipment. Damage & Liability - The client assumes responsibility for the photo booth equipment during the rental period. - The client is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, theft, or vandalism by guests. - Repair or replacement costs may be charged for damaged or missing equipment. Overtime - Additional rental time may be available upon request, subject to availability. - Overtime is billed at $50 per hour and must be paid before service is extended. Client Conduct - We reserve the right to suspend or end service without refund if guests are abusive, threatening, excessively intoxicated, or if equipment is being intentionally misused. Photo Delivery - Digital galleries and photos will be delivered within 2 business days after the event. - We are not responsible for delays caused by internet outages or technical issues beyond our control. Image Use - Unless otherwise requested in writing, we may use photos from your event for marketing and promotional purposes. Clients may opt out at any time before the event.
